Return / Exchange Policy

  • Return / Exchange of your finnoy product is valid within 10 days from the date of delivery.
  • FINNOY does not provide Cash Refunds for any Return.
  • A refund will be provided in the form of Store Credits, which can be used to purchase any other product with a validity of 45 days.
  • Post the period of 45 days your store credits will expire and Finnoy could not be held accountable for the same.
  • Please note, the original packing and the tag on the product should be intact so that it is valid for a return. The product must be in unworn and in an unwashed condition. We’re pretty easy going, but it’s hard and unethical to resell a product that smells of cologne and has obvious signs of wear on the collar.
  • In the rare instance of a manufacturing defect, please contact the customer care team, and we will work to resolve the issue immediately.


FINNOY reserves the right to cancel any order under circumstances where the requirement could not be met. We ensure that communication of cancellation of an order or any applicable refund (for prepaid orders) will be made in a reasonable time. Cancellations by customers will be considered only if the request is made within 12 hours of placing an order.

Store Credits

The refund amount for all returned items will be credited to your FINNOY Account only in the form of Store Credits. The Store Credits can be redeemed at the time of Checkout, whenever you place your next/new order.


  • The shipping/courier has to be done by the customer for return/exchange of the product and the charges for the same is also to be borne by them.
  • However, on the purchase of the new product (against return/exchange product) we will ship/courier it to the customer at no extra cost.
